Yes. With the exception of using the Backup Plan (which is limited to once per turn), Gearlocs can resolve any of the options multiple times. As well, the options do not need to be fully resolved all at once.
For example, let's say you are playing Duster and you roll 2 Atk dice and 1 Def die against your target. You roll 2 Dmg on one Atk Die, 1 Dmg on the other, and a Bone on the Def die. You may resolve the 2 Dmg Atk die, then slot your Bone into the Backup Plan and resolve your 1st Backup Plan option, allowing you to move Duster adjacent to Nightshade and select a new target. You may then resolve the final 1 Dmg Atk die against your new target.
